Breaking Family Patterns

We can often think that we have removed ourselves from dysfunctional family patterns

when we left home.

And we are not here to blame anyone, these things are very subconscious, patterns get

passed down through generations, beliefs, sabotage programs, even things like low selfworth

imprinted on our cells passed down on a biochemical level.

Even though you have left home you might find that you are unconsciously perpetuating

cycles of previous generations, such as fear of not having enough money or food, not

showing affection, secrecy patterns to name a few.

Rest assured that you can now stop these patterns at you, you can end the dysfunctional

family pattern, that we all have from many many generations ago.

Breaking the pattern is a matter of overcoming those values imprinted in your subconscious

and on your cells long ago, to then replace them with pure love, tolerance, and conscious

awareness – conscious awareness is where is all starts.

Once you are aware of the patterns you wish to change you are already 90% of the way,

keep going.

Only when we understand how family cycles have impacted us, can we have freedom from

these cycles.

You might find that you have an epiphany, or perhaps you have questioned your values and

deeply examined how the family generations have affected your personality, so you can

transcend long-standing patterns of limiting beliefs, emotional aloofness, and irrational

behaviour.

For a true change to occur you must first give yourself permission to change. Let go of

thinking breaking family patterns is an act of defiance or betrayal.

It’s vital that you trust yourself implicitly when it comes to what behaviours and beliefs you

will overwrite the generational-based old cycles of the limiting value system stunting your

potential.

Many of us are on this earth at this time to do just that, to break generational family cycles,

for all of you are true pioneers.

In doing so, breaking family cycles you will excel in your ability to express yourself and

needs, and draw towards you a better overall well-being, which in turn positively impacts

future generations.

So, it stops with you. And it’s no-ones fault, treat it like a game or a challenging puzzle if that helps.
