Your nervous system has put a protection in place to keep you “safe”. This has an underlying subconscious belief that can be identified and softened.
So even when opportunities appear, the body can unconsciously pull away, minimise, delay or disconnect from them.
This is the protection mechanism at play. It doens’t yet feel safe, deserving or familiar in your body.
The subconscious mind often repeats what feel familiar - even when it no longer serves you.
Acknowledging that pattern with compassion instead of shame is where things begin to shift.
As the body starts to feel safer receiving, holding and being seen in success, new opportunities can begin to feel more natural, available and aligned.
